That for the past forty two years Tom has practiced law in Buffalo, New York, and West Palm Beach, Florida. He has been actively engaged in the practice of family law and have prosecuted and defended numerous matrimonial action, with an emphasis on all aspects of family law, divorce, custody, child support, alimony or maintenance, property distribution, and business dissolution.
He is a former Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a Member of the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Erie County Bar Association Matrimonial and Family Law Committee. He is a past Chair of the Erie County Bar Association Matrimonial and Family Law Committee 1990-1992; a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Erie County Bar Association, and served as the initial president of the Western New York Matrimonial Trial Lawyers Association.
