That for the past forty two years I have practiced law in Buffalo, New York, and West Palm Beach, Florida.   I have been actively engaged in the practice of family law and have prosecuted and defended numerous matrimonial action, with an emphasis on all aspects of family law, divorce, custody, child support, alimony or maintenance, property distribution, and business dissolution.

 

I am a former Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a Member of

the New York State Bar Association Family Law Section, and the Erie County Bar Association Matrimonial and Family Law Committee. I have lectured for the Erie County Bar Association extensively in the area of matrimonial laws with topics including Preparation of Agreements, Valuation Dates, and Direct and Cross-Examination of Expert Witnesses How to Examine and Cross-Examine The Expert on the Value of Commercial or Residential Real Estate."Child Support Case Law Development." "Life Insurance Agreements." "Jurisdiction of Interstate Custody Disputes." I have lectured for the New York State Bar Association in the area of preparation of agreements and have lectured for the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. I am a former member of the Board of Governors of the New York State Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers; have been selected as one of the Best Lawyers in America in Family Law by the publication The Best Lawyers in America, by Naifeh and Smith.

I am a past Chair of the Erie County Bar Association Matrimonial and Family Law Committee 1990-1992; and I am a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Erie County Bar Association, and served ass the initial president of the Western New York Matrimonial Trial Lawyers Association

 

I am a court certified law family mediator, and I am prepared to assist you through both

            the mediation and divorce process.

 

When a mediated agreement has been achieved, I will prepare and file your separation and property settlement agreements, parenting plans, and dissolution of marriage documents.
