Sarah Falzone

Sarah Falzone is a Prpvisionally Licensed Mental Health Counselor who specializes in working with at risk youth in transitional periods of life. Sarah also specializes in working with adults who are involved in the criminal justice system.

Sarah has a Masters Degree in Counseling Education from St. Bonaventure University and a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice from Hilbert College. She currently works for a program in the Buffalo School system as a program counselor working with middle school age children experiencing difficulties socially, and academically.

Sarah’s philosophy of counseling is to view each client’s goals as a journey to increase their level of life satisfaction though Solution Focused Brief therapy. As a counselor, Sarah feels it is necessary to empower each client to act as an expert to his or her own life.  She strives to enable each client to develop the skills to recognize their own strengths and find possible solutions to their problems. She feels it is her mission to help a client identify, develop, and mobilize their own resources to successfully solve problems and meet challenges.
